end of year briefing and conciderations

Everybody, this is the annual end-of-year show beef we do every year for all level 6 designed the end of Year Show design campaign brief.

Simply don't know what time you will be on the show. but to the extent of physical or digital or combination of we just don't know that but regardless of that we will do a commercial campaign to show you in the shows fully digital and you know you know I think the general thing is it's all possible will be trying to do some form of physical show some sorry but I will touch as a go to the presentation how it campaign my slightly different depending on how we do we do one campaign across the various strands of the show this would cover the foundation show that's usually takes place in May and show it takes place in June and also the access and at the same time as part of the show normally we do a separate campaign for the postgraduate show which tends to take place later on in the week but last year or change and we did use the same campaign campaign for all strands of the show materials to produce a sample of materials and then we sort between them and ask you to do it but we asked you to produce materials and then to reflect the purpose of the show which is all about showcasing your talent and the hard work you put in over 3 years so that's the underlying principle an idea the whole thing this show is about Showcase in student work this year will be first year and new range of course is 3 years ago including filmmaking music so they're actually in the show so you need to consider that didn't mean to say go to make sure that campaign email communication music somehow but you need to bear in mind and the second point you need to bear in mind that the concept needs to be you know that would sort of textiles she needs to be broad enough to. can't see anything on the first slide can you see that now so you need to be flexible enough to use different things that we do but it needs to could be any of the below so we would have any email invite to the show overall email invite will do lots online promotion through the website and social media channels including paid social online advertising dress we do print adverts we'd leaving Brothers shows all these two last year weeks till the something advert poster postcards around Leeds if physical show with physical show with printed exhibition guide on the evening and the Beast and the Towers around Leeds 218 campaign based 12 19 based 1 things you might want to consider other polished if you've got some you know that just rough idea that's fine getting really polishing developed a bit but they all and go to senior management team to the winner somebody to some further development extreme clean and adapted the most so possible but we are possible possible but yet we could use public in magazines in posted around rice they're so I'm assuming you want it to university university over a map doesn't always have to be in trade trade magazines around Leeds emailed out to all stakeholders you know the board of governors the council so that's the salt the tightrope you've got to walk in the way but but you know examples and is about being a student conservative book asking something for that full list of line 67 but we need probably no probably 44mm an example of an email sometimes people do it can be moving image for postal often are postcard in a usual there are variations so there's no point you could use in your concept every possible size in terms of Post 67 different versions of different film adverts because there's not you know you're busy and we'll work with you to get to a final point where there's a finished I finished I finished for paid social email the concept in the idea and the brand branding and show it can be just a mole is your luck and we were just in public audit University show she's completely open questions that you have the document and the PowerPoint Lucy ttw Leeds usual address she will come to me if you want to come to me that's absolutely fine to come through see you later
