This logo is based on the research done by Rick Sobiesak and Alessio LaisoThat stated that sans serif typefaces are the most believable in a fashion brand context period. As in their test Helvetica which is San serif typeface one or the requirements to be on top period this typeface is made up by angular type. apexes aren't pointed they're made up of the two lines. it's a grotesque typeface modified to become slightly simpler but adding character in other parts such as pulling the arch of the G almost all the way around, and removing the crossbar of the a.
This logotype is inspired by the initial concept of what a logo is as it was originally just a signature. is also referencing the winning participant in the modified competition which logo was a script typeface. the use of the handwritten type creates more personal feeling to the brand which can appeal to a lot of consumers. also uses a single tier a as it's more likely to be written that way.
the slab serif logotype is a modern reference the original stencil serif typeface removing the stencil and focuses on the high contrast of the glyphs. this edition of contemporary typographical design as it has high contrast in the taper and from the other logos of fashion brands period the issue with this logo is that it's not high er end and doesn't feel like a high street brand. quite a high price point the branding would have to you keep that into consideration. The low X-height makes it seem like the brand would be an independent, not an international brand.
this logo references the original logo, in addition, two elongating and also all to the shapes to reference the rounded shape of a mango period it's quite an obvious solution really and I might not be the best option for it as it already looks like the McDonald's branding. this one thing that you want is for the logo to stand out and this doesn't.
this concept is rooted in creating something that would stand out, looking at the logos from High Street fashion brands all of them are Sans serif pretty much or a simple serif typeface, this slightly decorative typeface references the shape of the mango without being too obvious house moving in it while still being an original which also references the type of clothing that mango makes as it's quite simple but slightly unique period
This logotype is inspired by 70s and 80s s fashion Asked to reference the establishment of the company the archers of everything stands out from the other fashion brands, and issue with it is that it's not that high-end it would make sense if they sold clothing for like 20 quid instead of 50 quid, the washes adds a sense of elegance to it.
