Task 4 Manifesto

Hi. I am Ida Skotnes Gustavsen

I am a Norwegian graphic designer, not based in a particular practice. What is implemented into my practice, though, is my nationality, in that I tend to feel quite homesick, so a lot of my briefs are based upon things in the UK that I feel like can be improved. Or Norwegian things are just showing casing them as I feel like. Some people know about Norway, but you don't know much, so the idea of spreading knowledge about the culture is really quite interesting to me. I am very intrigued about politics and overall just improving the world. I'd hate to leave it behind worse than it was when I came into it. I really wanna make a change. I made my studio name something that suits both English and Norwegian as it will allow me to apply for jobs wherever without it being a language barrier. Even though language shouldn't be a barrier as good design should imply what the message is about without needing language.  As I see it as the visual not being necessarily the end all be all, it's more of whatever suits the brief is the right thing to do. I really like utilising the white space, so in my own design, are you as that a lot and whatever brief that fits it will be implied.  I work both digitally and in print using animation and stills. I like photography, but it's not my May's strong suit. My manifesto is the approach is dependent on_________. Ask every project should have the ability to be based on something uniquely different. Every new project should be fairly unique. Utilising the information found and intuition and just a feel of the project can change it a lot. In briefs were based on my mood. Depending on the date, they are vastly different. I work mainly in commercial, but I like to root it in something that would make a change, such as I did a rebrand for Monkey, which is a fast fashion. Brand, but I've also done rebranding for alcohol packaging promoting the—issues with high consumption of alcohol and its effect on your body. Different approaches need to be taken on different tasks.

Apparently, I'm good at presenting. I'm kinda mind blown; I always feel like I stumble over my words.

I usually do a transcribing thing. This is what amber somewhat said take some creative liberty in interpreting it.

Three measures like listen to you talk about your work because you do it, in that you present very well. You turn like you do it. Naturally, that's definitely. These times your timing and intonation are wonderful, and I do think it's something you do not actually, but I think it's a need to be aware of because you can present. Incredibly. Well also. Really does not matter wrong with that. This is where we are with this level 6. Now that everybody doesn't very, very different and good to be awful. Now we switch this on average is setting. I think Watson you into roles in **** with you and kind of like your. Location, where you're from and the impact of that—your culture and missing your culture. We should think about these different wire associations having really. It comes across and very mindful. I was saying things change these brief, but I think that's possibly something it doesn't.

You know how you think about things and Connexions with things definitely in your 603 work, or you're blocking about so far that seems very consistent. So maybe it's not about the technical and practical process is in the manifesto. Some people are there for you. I think it's definitely a particular approach. I don't know how we had to articulate, but this is a sentence so. Places like a massive something or ever, but it's something that kind of sort from this. Or that connexion to things the way you think about connexion to things that definitely feels like last consistent in the work I've seen. Definitely, we can look at your cop work and things like that. So I think, and you most at the beginning and how kind of words let you feel less homesick or kind of that connexion, I think. That is quite clean throughout your work, but it doesn't limit you, but I just think it's still very thoughtful. I think like a client, I like it. But I do somebody who's thinking about things we want to create, create Connexions, consecutive graphic design. Incidents are lessons that connexion between the origins of the product with a practised such so very good. Work service we spoke about kinda whole tones so good.

"finding the connections hidden and creating a story in that" could be an alright manifesto possibly.
