initial ideas

the brewery has a lot of history, but a lot of the history surrounds itself around alcohol and therefore rather than basing the whole project on. The history of the brewery. I rather make it visually appealing and stand out from the other brands of soda in the shops.  I have that started doing some ideas for the two types of soda. I'm going to rebrand as they are atrocious as is. Type in a powerful way would be quite a nice way to go about at least one of them. I'm thinking they be quite different as they both have different energy of. Soda siesta has summer vibe and chill energy whilst. Tropo has a bit of a crack head energy in that it is bright green .

I have wanted to do some weird typesetting or typography for. one if not both of them i think i could pull it further with the green drink as it is less limiting in the type of soda it is. This shadow based typeface would be really cool to use on a see through Label as it would allow the green colour to show through whilst playing with the negative space in. Having that to speak for itself. Instead of putting lots of things. and making that the main focus of the rebrand.

I also did this wobbly typeface which have a retro vibe to it as the tropo soda got brought back, By demand. as it's quite a good one, but it still has a paint-like aesthetic to itself.

I wanted to do this disproportionate typeface with tiny holes but big bold letters. I really quite like the idea of the oh being like a fried egg or like a sun. It would be really quite fun. Sketches for Enders, but I've had to do a lot of things by hand. Also had a killer headache for three weeks now.

i did a version of the first shadow one just outlining bits of the type and of clean. I like that you can read it, but it's kind of difficult. It's playing with white space again. I think this, along with the pattern. On a seater Labour would be really cool so I'm going to play with this on the 1st idea for my continuation of development.

I did this test using string and a frame that I had to try to make a typeface from purely jagged lines. It's kind of cool, but I feel like it has. A different aesthetic to what I'd want it to be. I feel like it's quite limiting in terms of what to have it with.

It's fun to play with though.

I found this article and I really quite like this branding of butter. It caught my grandParents live, but it's not associated. Start in anyway whatsoever. But I like the swing of it. I might try to implement that in something. (this is kinda cool)

this typeface. It's so ugly to me yet It's kind of nice. It's illegible, and I think it would be fun to play around with it. Bit some might add that tooth. Two others I want to play with.

This is central this trying to find typeface of a similar to what I've already done, but it's completely different than I want something slightly more rugged and simple. So I'm going to have to make myself essentially.

Siesta

I saw this advertisement and I really quite like the idea and using flat illustrations on this soda as it is a summery drink and kind of branding. It like it was a beer like going all out and make it intricate and kind of funky.

I did some tests with water and and watermarker that I have to get some interesting shapes and textures to it, but I don't think actually like that much. It seems a bit forced in a bit child like and it's too reminiscent of just rainy summers, and I want this to be a bright and fun soda.

I like this idea. I might try it for the tropo Soda as it's more playful than what I'd want for this one. But I like the idea of movement and letters and make it like wiggle for an advertisement would be quite cool. Prolonging of this idea.

My initial idea, the first thing that came to mind when I was wanting to re brand soda was to do some calligraphy as I've been really wanting to do some hand lettering. I got this refillable pen which has a tip to it and I started playing around with it and making shapes and writing and it's so fun.

I started with this quite loose script typeface. I like the s quite a lot as the end stroke of it can be used in the dot of the I.

of letters and thickness of letters and contrast in the lines. And on different types of paper. Doing water country underneath it, playing around with it essentially. And I quite like the idea of doing some sort of really slanted. Type slightly legible, but like fancy.

I did some digital sketching to make this weird. Type, which is more reminiscent of the currently have, but I think I want to move away from that and make it more of a higher end soda compared to what it is As of now.

I played around with some shapes in procreate and I quite like the blue shapes on the right side. They are quite playful and I like it.

This critique this Wednesday Oscar side to go along with the Shadow and outline type and do the C3 label because he thought that be quite cool and trying to play with some sort of pattern for the tropo one

he also really quite like the really slanted type for this yesterday solar and I do agree with that I also showed him some of my initial sketches for a visual like the advertisements for cider I had seen
