Initial ideas what to do next

Me and charys Had a video call to say were we presented  our ideas for what to do, she had not really designed much more so some ideas of ratios and ways to print it and some sayings.

Mine were more sketch space but conceptual in how to use information out there to portray the state of the country and also the world.I had one which is a I statement based one, Where there would be many different statements around each subject about how people feel and how they experience the world.

And one which was based around a crowd where all the issues that we will want to talk about could be a percentage in a crowd of protest this will be quite a large print and it would probably be more of a Sara or a one print dark it would be quite minimalistic in terms illustration as we already decided on doing more typographic approach as that is my strongest suit.and I was going to take charge of the actual design a bit and she would do the production of it what is fine.

I also did a more comic book based idea around having an exclamation of a feeling and having everything related to that for people and I do wanna do like a survey for it to showcase all peoples opinions compared to Boris or how COVID  it’s been handled or anything else.

This idea is based around eyes watching you I’m inspired by this building in my hometown where all the paintings always look like they looked at you wherever you are in is room they follow you around because the way that they are painted so that they’re really central but when you move it looks like that I moved as well period what are utilising this technique of illustration and having it be straight on but testing it if it worked when he walked around it would be quite cool and having a statement of app can you see me now period as this is the thing that I’ve been talked about quite a lot about a lot of assault victims that have only really been hard after everything else has come out lately and it set alight on a situation that should always be listened to but he never race gets pushback.

This idea is just really playing it essentially just taking bits from protest posters making it kind of small so I could have to really look at the poster not to see it but printed on top in an over print probably screen print it’s says it’s your voice or it’s your time something to empower people in trying times

This is probably my favourite idea it’s a initial spaced idea as it is to be saying is from poses or things people say like FBstanding for fuck Boris, CC which is my personal favourite because creative Commons but also cops are cunts as a take on how most people perceive cops us kind of power hungry and they can get away with anything even madder as we now see very clearly.

I had this idea of doing this quite intricate type layer of sentences like I am absolutely done with this shit print in a fun way would be quite cool.

We talked about ways to reduce it and I really quite like the idea of doing it foiled especially if we do the initials ones which is our favourite and we cannot decide to move on with that but combine it with showcasing what the word or initials actually mean.I think having their initials foiled would be really cool or possibly screen print it and print exclamation in a different colour or in a glow in the dark colour that would be amazing. She talked about doing tell me paper or embossed or stencil stickers and I think they’re quite good ideas especially a stencil one if it were to be in the public eye it all depends on that really

We are planning to have it as a post you have at home but I think I’m in something that could be in the public eye without being offensive would also be quite fun so have it so also that you can have it at home but without having to hide anything from your more Conservative friends of family members would be really handy.
