We had another calls and and we decided to go with my concept for the design as well.
I therefore produced some more finalised Instagram ads using the yellow line that we
all liked from the flyer ideas. I kept it quite simple so it be easy to animate for Alice as
she volunteered as she was travelling the whole day today will do it tomorrow she said.
in order to create the cohesive sign I decided to take my spin on the introducing the
creatives Instagram post. initially I was inspired by last year's contribution keeping it
quite simple but Gabby had another idea of saying introducing and then the artist's name
which is quite cool. I decide to implement that in the design seen below I just thought that
the type is too heavy using the All Black.
I said that in our group chat and they all all you'll like this one so I just said what I thought
and I tested it out in the thin typeface that they use and it looks Square you need to and
writer I also made the logo smaller and in the corner to allow space for the creatives.
in terms of producing the history of flight poster I initially wanted to bring up an idea of not using
image for it. I kinda like this idea it's not finalised obviously but the other suggested going with
using the photos.
I quite like the repetition of this one as it allows for a bit of fun with it. the use of the
plague word across all platforms crates and a cohesive look and feel to the brand.
Since the others wanted to see with photos of the creatives I decided to make 3 posters a
supposed to 1. I quite like the idea of using the grade but overlapping the post slightly so the
photos merge into another so if it were to be posted up somewhere on around that thing it would
treat this cohesive look all around it. I couldn't find a photo of Russell Davies so I just left an
open space for it. I really quite like this and I like that I switched to a base plate when it was
overlapped with a yellow line as the black play would be be really harsh.
I tested out this layout idea of having the photos or around but having them in one place together
but it looks unbalanced as a trio of posters.
another idea was to create a set of three posters which order switched the photos and have
this layout and they be really similar but kind of distinct and do you think all of them. and this
one I've used the the clearface Typeface as it is meant to be used as a second grab typeface.
Like the overlay of the type on the image but it's slightly legible and if they're supposed to wear
to be rotated around there be even worse backgrounds for it to be on.
This is how the Instagram posts will look essentially with the name in the clearface typeface
and the worksnas all caps title. on the wrong they also look quite nice and sort of playfull
without being childish.
Producing the Flies I also take my shot this because the others aren't as interested in
type essentially your type layout. so I played around with the type layout and sizes to
see what would work best in addition to slight tweaks in sizes like overlapping the curate
TV logo or having the play smaller than the logo.
