London recorded the highest rate of 179 offences involving a knife per 100,000 population 2Fin 2019/20, a slight increase on a rate of 169 in 2018/19. Durham had the lowest rate of 26 offences per 100,000 individuals 

They have two programs one for over and one for under 18 

This project is meant to be aimed at the ones under 18 so making it inspiring and encouraging might be key as it would allow them to hope for better things

Overall, there are substantial differences by race/ethnicity and by socioeconomic status in terms of the amount of time tweens spends using media. Among those who use screen media on any given day, black and Hispanic children and those in the lower SES groups spend more time doing so, with that difference is most pronounced when examined by race and ethnicity.
